1. About these terms

This website is operated by Digital Gate Management Services FZCO (“Digital Gate”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based at Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply only to this website; any separate engagement, service or transaction with Digital Gate will be governed by the agreement made for that purpose.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides general corporate information about Digital Gate, its areas of interest and the types of business conversations it may consider. Its content is provided for information only.

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Nothing is an offer, invitation, recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell an investment, financial product or service, or to enter into any transaction. You should obtain independent professional advice before making a decision based on matters discussed on the website.

References to regulated sectors describe areas of business interest. They do not state or imply that Digital Gate itself holds a particular regulatory licence or approval. Regulated activities, where applicable, are conducted only through appropriately licensed entities.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

  • use it in breach of any applicable law or another person’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems;
  • introduce malware, harmful code or material intended to disrupt the website;
  • scrape, harvest or extract content or data by automated means except as permitted by law or with our written consent;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;
  • use the website to send spam, unlawful material or abusive communications; or
  • remove or alter copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused or its security is at risk.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its original content, including its text, visual identity, design, graphics, animation, software, three-dimensional artwork and code, are owned by or licensed to Digital Gate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and make a reasonable number of copies for your own internal, non-commercial reference. No other right is granted. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, license, sell, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.

“Digital Gate” and associated names, marks and visual elements may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written permission.

5. Enquiries and submitted material

Sending a message through the website does not create an advisory, fiduciary, partnership, employment or other professional relationship. It does not oblige Digital Gate to respond, enter discussions or accept a proposal.

Do not send confidential, commercially sensitive or legally privileged material unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing beforehand. Information sent without such an agreement may be reviewed by relevant team members and service providers for the purpose of assessing and responding to the enquiry.

You confirm that you are entitled to send the material you submit, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that our receipt and reasonable use of it for the enquiry will not infringe another person’s rights.

6. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care when preparing the website, but corporate information, market context and external references can change. We do not promise that all content will always be complete, current or free from error.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. We do not guarantee continuous access, compatibility with every device or that the website will be free from faults or harmful components.

7. Third-party websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or context. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean that Digital Gate endorses the website or its operator.

8. Responsibility and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Gate and its directors, officers, employees and agents exclude warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business, data or reputation arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not affected.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the website or contact us. It forms part of the framework governing your use of the website.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with these terms or the website.

11. General provisions

If a provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the website or relevant business, provided this does not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be reduced.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page. If you have a question about these terms, email office@digitalgateglobal.com.
